II. IDENTIFICATION OF THE BUSINESS Established in 1988 by Drs. Gregory Tarnow and Carol Baric-Tarnow, the Back Neck Care Center is a premier health care facility, providing non-drug, non-surgical relief and rehabilitation for back and neck injuries. Personal strength and fitness training at its internal gym, Aligned Training, complement the organization’s core chiropractic and rehabilitation services. The Back Neck Care Center also accommodates an independently contracted masseuse (1). III. MAJOR COMPETITORS Competitors of the Back Neck Care Center are chiropractic practices and gyms located in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. Specific competitors include Winer Wellness Center, LA Fitness, and Wright’s Gym (1). IV.
